Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Once approved, you will receive further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund methods may vary on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as:

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
